The first step of the design process is an over the phone conversation where we will take down some general information regarding your project and determine a site meeting time to discuss your project and our Design Process.

ON-SITE CONSULTATION and DESIGN PROCESS

(new construction can be on site, with your contractor or agreed upon meeting site)

The On-Site consultation with Vonn Studio is a conversation where we will discover, together, the wants and needs of your project (Scope of Design). Through a selection of questions and answers, we will begin to understand your vision and functional needs for the project. We will discuss preliminary costs and budget, client and designer expectations and our Design Process in further detail.

$400 for a 1-1/2hour consultation

CONTRACT DEVELOPMENT

Based on the project and design discovery, we will prepare a Scope of Work and Contract. We will present a contract outlining Vonn Studio’s project design proposal and a timeline for next steps.

CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE

Upon acceptance of the Contract, Vonn Studio will collect an initial payment (agreed upon in the contract) to begin the process of artfully creating a space that will reflect your style and personality thru layers of thoughtfully selected products both functional and beautiful.

CONCEPT TO COMPLETION

Depending on the Scope of Work, your selection process will be streamlined to fit your needs and budget. We will work with you from concept to completion during the construction phase assisting in on- site meetings, act as liaison between client and GC and review drawings and details. Vonn Studio offers assistance with interior furnishings selection upon construction completion.

NEW CONSTRUCTION, REMODELS OR RENOVATIONS

Vonn Studio will assist in selecting a General Contractor for your project or work with your GC. The Selection Process will coincide with the GC’s requirements or we can take the lead and assist in ordering products and finishes.

Furnishings are often selected during the construction phase to confirm necessary dimensions and can be ordered before you move in.
